Therapy Services

Psychotherapy is a type of treatment that helps people deal with mental health problems and emotional struggles. It can ease symptoms and sometimes help address the deeper causes, so people can feel and function better.

Psychodynamic Therapy

Focuses on how childhood and past experiences affect how a person thinks, feels, and acts. It helps bring hidden feelings into awareness. Working with a therapist, a person can better understand themselves, change long-standing patterns, and gain more control over their life.

Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)

A short-term treatment that helps people understand and improve problems in their relationships, such as grief, life changes, conflict, and trouble connecting with others. It also helps people communicate better and express feelings in healthier ways. It is often used to treat depression.

Supportive Therapy

Uses guidance and encouragement to help people build their own strengths. It can improve self-esteem, reduce anxiety, strengthen coping skills, and support better social and community functioning. It also helps people manage challenges related to their mental health that affect daily life.
